We started as an independent record label. Today we are a group that brings together companies from different industries with one long-term vision.
Who we are
Vemoris Group S.A. is a Chilean corporation that operates as a holding company. It does not sell products or services directly: it creates, controls and supports its subsidiaries and divisions.
Our companies work in music and entertainment, software and audio development, design and marketing, investments, accounting and financing. The profits they generate return to the parent company as dividends and are reinvested in new companies.
The group was founded by Javier Ábrigo and is based in Santiago, Chile.

- Beginnings
Golden Horizon Records
The project begins as an independent record label.
- Later
Vemoris Music is born
The label changes its name and adds design, digital marketing and software divisions.
- 2026
Vemoris Audio and new subsidiaries
Vemoris Audio is created, with its own audio engine, along with the Vemoris Accounting and Vemoris Crédito e Inversiones projects.
- November 2026
Vemoris Group S.A. is established
The parent company brings all the businesses under a single corporate structure.
