Introduction
Vemoris Group S.A. is a privately held corporation (sociedad anónima cerrada) incorporated in Chile through the Registro de Empresas y Sociedades. It is managed by a board of directors, which appoints the chief executive officer.
The group applies common management, control and transparency standards across all its subsidiaries and divisions, with a board that looks after the interests of the company and of each subsidiary.

Vemoris Group S.A. holds 99.99% of each subsidiary organized as a sociedad anónima, and Vemoris Corporativo SpA holds the remaining 0.01%. In SpA subsidiaries, the parent company may be the sole shareholder.
